Our expert panel will cover topics such as Indonesia’s political and legal environment, navigating compliance frameworks, effective negotiation with Indonesian entities, and managing legal risks, including arbitration for dispute resolution.
PRESENTERS:
Tim Lindsey is a professor at the Melbourne Law School and is one of Australia's leading experts on Indonesian Law. At the University of Melbourne, Professor Lindsey is the Malcolm Smith Chair of Asian Law and a Redmond Barry distinguished professor.
John Tivey is a partner at White & Case in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance Practice. John is a mining and minerals sector expert and has 30 years' experience as a Project Development and M&A Lawyer working with international clients.
