Peter McGregor
Peter McGregor is Chair of the AIBC Investment, Finance & Infrastructure Group. He is a Company Director with over 30 years’ experience in senior finance and management roles at a range of organisations including as a Partner and Head of Infrastructure & Utilities at Goldman Sachs JBWere, Head of Institutional Banking, Victoria at Commonwealth Bank and CFO of ASX50 company Asciano Limited. He currently serves as a Director of Treasury Corporation of Victoria, Infrastructure Specialist Asset Management Ltd and ASX-listed Imricor Medical Systems, Inc.

Darrin Grimsey is Deputy Chair of the AIBC Investment, Finance & Infrastructure Group. He is the EY Global Infrastructure Advisory Leader and lead partner at EY Australia for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He brings over 35 years of experience in infrastructure projects and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). He has advised on high-profile projects in Australia, UK and Southeast Asia, with experience spanning across project management, commercial and financial advisory, risk identification and contract negotiations. Darrin has influenced Australia's PPP program and led projects across sectors including transport, energy, health, justice, education and events facilities.
Edward Gustely is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Penida Capital Advisors Ltd. He has over $30 billion of emerging market experience involving infrastructure and the digital economy, capital restructurings and business turnarounds, and has advised on $7.5 billion of securitization issues including the successful launch of Indonesia’s maiden 30-year global bond. He has played a pivotal role in building Sovereign Wealth Funds and Infrastructure Finance Agencies and is the chief architect of the CleanTech Fund and Green Investment Fund launched by Indonesia’s President for supporting its low-carbon growth plan. His public sector engagements include serving as the cabinet-appointed Senior Advisor to four-Indonesia Finance Ministers (three awarded Euromoney’s ‘Finance Minister of the Year’) and to the U.S. Treasury.
Rod Commerford served as Austrade’s Trade and Investment Commissioner in Jakarta from 2021 to early 2025 and is now based in the Austrade Melbourne office with a focus on broadening and deepening Australia’s trade and investment relationship with Indonesia. Prior to Jakarta, Rod spent more than four years based in Seoul, leading Austrade’s teams in Korea and Mongolia and has held a variety of roles in both trade and investment and has experience across multiple sectors. These include Team Leader, Transport and Multilateral projects, where he assisted Australian Infrastructure companies’ grow in international markets. Senior Export Adviser roles in agribusiness, resources, food and beverage. And Investment Adviser roles in infrastructure, energy and agricultural, where he worked with international companies to attract productive foreign direct investment into Australia.
