AIBC NSW, together with AIBC's National Mining and Energy Group, cordially invite you to attend a Networking Sundowner with Bill Sullivan, Senior Foreign Counsel, Christian Teo & Associates, Jakarta who will provide an introduction for Australian mining companies, service providers and investors  into the pros, cons and opportunities available within Indonesia’s mining industry.

Bill will also summarise the mining regulatory system, sovereignty rights to foreign investors, and some of the changes to regulations expected as the mining industry continues to expand.

Bill Sullivan is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, an Attorney and Counselor-at-law in all courts of the State of New York, an Attorney and Counselor-at-law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, admitted to practice in each of these jurisdictions. He was previously an international equity partner of a global law firm. 

PwC will also participate in the discussion and present considerations for mining investment from Australia to Indonesia.
