Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Thirty-second Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australia Indonesia Business Council Ltd will be held via ZOOM.

4pm AEDT on Tuesday 22 October 2024

To attend the AGM you will need to register via the AIBC website. An invitation to attend the zoom session will be sent to registrants the day before the AGM. Only financial members will be able to vote at the AGM

If you are unable to attend the AGM, but still wish to vote, please complete the Proxy Form which is required to be submitted by 5.00pm AEDT, Monday 21 October 2024.

4. Elections: National Treasurer
Upon the retirement of the Treasurer in September 2024, a member was appointed to fill the casual vacancy. In accordance with clause 48 of the Constitution, “any person appointed to an office under subclause 48(2) shall hold that office only until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, at which a ballot of members must be held to elect an eligible person to serve any remainder of the term.”
