Board of Directors

The AIBC is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee. It is managed by a Board of Directors comprising State Branch/Territory Chairs in addition to a National President, National Vice-President and National Honorary Treasurer who are elected at the Annual General Meeting of members. The Board is supported by a National Secretariat.

State/Territory branches comprise a Chairman and Executive Committee who provide support for state/territory based activities. Each State/Territory Branch of the AIBC elects its own Executive Committee, and all members are welcome to join.
